  1. Contact Customer Support: Send an email to support@biodynamix.co or call 1 (800) 589-4191 with your ClickBank order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Package Your Bottles: Place your used, unopened, or empty bottles securely into any standard shipping box.
  3. Ship to the Returns Depot: Mail the parcel to the official fulfillment returns facility in Aurora, Colorado with your RMA clearly written on the label.
  4. Prompt 100% Refund: Once carrier tracking confirms arrival at the depot, customer care issues a 100% full refund directly back to your payment method within 24 to 48 business hours with zero restocking deductions.
