• RMA Requirement: To initiate a return, you must contact support (support@biodynamix.co or phone 1 (800) 589-4191) to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number.
• Returns Address: All returns must be mailed to the designated BioDynamix Returns Facility in Aurora, Colorado. Do not mail returns to general administrative contact addresses without prior authorization.
• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed back to the original card or payment account within 24 to 48 business hours of receipt. After 180 days from purchase, all sales are final.
